Delivery and Payment Terms & Conditions (GCC Countries)

Applicable only to orders of Fabbrimarine professional cosmeceutical products.

We are committed to delivering your Fabbrimarine orders quickly, reliably, and transparently across the GCC region. These terms apply exclusively to Fabbrimarine product purchases delivered to or ordered from: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar.

Within the UAE:

  • Same Day Delivery: Available in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah (orders placed before 2 PM).
  • Next Day Delivery: Available across all Emirates.

To GCC Countries:

  • We offer standard delivery by land to Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.
  • Premium/express services are not offered at this time.

2. Delivery Charges

All deliveries are standard by land. Final shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on total shipment weight.

Examples:

A parcel weighing 0.3 kg to Bahrain will cost AED 25.

A parcel weighing 0.8 kg to Kuwait will cost AED 38.

A parcel weighing 1.2 kg to Saudi Arabia will cost AED 44 (AED 41 for up to 1.0 kg + AED 3 for one additional 0.5 kg).

A parcel weighing 2.0 kg to Oman will cost AED 46 (AED 36 for up to 1.0 kg + AED 5 x 2).

3. Delivery Time Estimates

Delays may occur due to customs clearance or holidays.

4. Duties and Taxes

We ship all international orders as Delivered At Place (DAP). This means:

  • For orders shipped outside the UAE, all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and any other applicable charges are not included in the final checkout amount. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the local customs authority upon delivery.
  • We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to understand any potential additional charges before placing your order.

5. Missed Deliveries & Returns

  • We attempt delivery up to 3 times.
  • If we can’t deliver your order after multiple attempts, it may be returned.
  • Return fees may apply for unclaimed shipments.

6. Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment options:

  • Apple Pay.
  • Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit/debit cards.

All transactions are processed securely. We do not accept cash on delivery.

7. Packaging Guidelines

  • Shipping charges are based on actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher (Volumetric weight formula: Length × Width × Height (cm) ÷ 5000).
  • Maximum package weight: 30 kg.
  • Maximum size: 110 x 85 x 85 cm.
