Water Retention

Fabbrimarine's Spuma Marina foam range — supports the body's own drainage for puffiness and heaviness in the legs, for use at home between professional treatments.

Supporting the body’s own drainage

Puffiness and a heavy feeling in the legs — after long periods standing, travel, heat, or simply fluid retention — is something a professional lymphatic drainage massage addresses directly. Fabbrimarine’s Spuma Marina foam range is built to support the same goal at home, between sessions or on its own, not as a medical treatment.

Choosing the right formula

DREN 4 targets fluid retention and puffiness directly — the starting point if heaviness or swelling, particularly in the legs, is the main concern.

LIPO 1 focuses on body contouring, TONO 5 on firming, and CELL 2 on overall skin texture — each addresses a related but distinct concern, so identify the main goal before choosing.

How to apply

Massage upward — from ankle toward knee, from wrist toward shoulder — following the direction fluid naturally drains, rather than in circular motions. Apply to clean, dry skin, ideally in the evening when legs have carried the most fluid through the day. This supports drainage; it isn’t a substitute for medical evaluation if swelling is sudden, one-sided, or accompanied by pain.

Common questions

Frequently asked

A topical product can support the body's own drainage process when massaged correctly, but it's not a substitute for a professional lymphatic drainage massage or medical evaluation if swelling is persistent, sudden or one-sided.
DREN 4 if fluid retention and puffiness — especially in the legs — is the main concern. LIPO 1, TONO 5 and CELL 2 address contouring, firming and texture respectively.
Upward, following the body's natural drainage direction — ankle toward knee, wrist toward shoulder — rather than circular motions, which don't support the same effect.
If swelling is sudden, affects only one leg, or comes with pain, warmth or redness, see a doctor rather than relying on a topical product — those can be signs of a circulatory issue that needs medical attention.
